Welcome! I am excited to be starting another year at Rosecrest! I look forward to meeting you all.
There are a few things that will take place before kindergarten actually begins. August 25th-29th will be kindergarten assessments. I will be meeting with each student individually during this week, so there will be no class held for kindergartners. The assessment appointments will be 30 minutes. You will need to schedule an appointment for your kindergartner using the Online Scheduler. I have provided a link below. The password to log into the scheduler is "rosecrest."
There will be a Back to School morning held on August 25th at 8:15 A.M. You are welcome to come to room 4 and hear a short presentation about what to expect in kindergarten this year.
We are also having a Kindergarten Picnic on August 29th at Tanner Park at 11:00 A.M. This is a great opportunity to meet some new friends before kindergarten starts. Please bring a lunch and a blanket or chair.
The first day of school for kindergartners will be on Tuesday, September 2nd. I can't wait!
I know this will be a fantastic year of learning and growing.
