It's hard to believe that December is already here! I wanted to let you know about some of the events happening this month.
Tuesday, December 17th will be our field trip to Discovery Gateway. All afternoon kindergarten students will be attending school that day from 8:15 AM to 11:15 AM. I will get a sign-up put together this week for those of you who would like to meet us there and help out.
December 18th will be the Holiday Sing for parents. It begins at 1:15 PM. If students in the morning would like to participate, you will need to bring your child at 1:05 PM. Kindergarten will be the first to sing and you will need to take your child with you after we are finished performing.
We will also be having a Polar Express party on December 19th. Details to be announced...
I will be checking this week to see which students have passed off November's goal-knowing all of the alphabet letters.
December's goal is to know all of the letter sounds.
