It's hard to believe that fall is already here. I wanted to thank you all for your patience and understanding. The good news is that I will be returning to work this Monday. Even though my daughter is still in the hospital, she is showing slow growth in her lung function. We have hopes that she will be released sometime this week!
There are some upcoming events that you should be aware of.
There will be no kindergarten on Wednesday, September 21st. I will be conferencing with parents all day. I will also be conferencing with parents on September 22nd, but only in the evening. Thursday, September 22nd will be a short day. There will be no school on Friday, September 23rd. We have also scheduled a walking field trip to a local apple orchard on Thursday, September 29th. All kindergarten students will attend school that day from 8:15 to 11:15. There will be no afternoon kindergarten session that day. For those who would like to help out on the field trip, I will send out an online volunteer sign-up shortly.
